Signing in

Your login is created from an invitation sent by your organization's admin. If the invitation has expired, ask the admin for a new one.

A forgotten password can be reset from “Forgot password?” on the sign-in screen.

Sync

The Dorvio mobile app also works without a connection. Changes are sent when the connection is back.

More → Sync shows pending changes and any rejected changes.

Notifications

Dorvio asks for permission to send notifications the first time you open an activity. If notifications are off, allow them in the phone's Settings.

Choose the reminder time under More → Reminder before a visit.

Deleting your account

Under More → Delete account. A team's only admin first gives the role to someone else.
